SCM( New Product Launch) -Emerging Market (5+ yrs)
- Drive continuous improvements by reviewing new product planning processes in cross functional teams and ensure the effectiveness of end-to-end process
- Drive and ensure alignment with Marketing & Sales in development of a consensus new product forecast and participate in Demand Review and S&OP.
- Managing all client (Accord, Distributor and third party) communications, client goals and expectations, periodic conference calls, in coordination with marketing,
- Navigation and coordination with departments such as marketing, quality, regulatory, packaging development, technical services, manufacturing and within supply chain (purchase, planning, demand team) to keep track on tasks and deliverables
- Conduct technical discussions & meetings with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate discussion / issue resolution
- Creating new product workflow documents. Examples of such documents include: agendas, meeting summaries, project timelines, PowerPoint presentations, executive leadership updates, etc
