Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations to identify market opportunities and develop new spice product concepts.
2. Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to stay abreast of emerging consumer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
3. Lead the formulation and testing of new spice blends, ensuring alignment with quality standards, cost parameters, and regulatory requirements.
4. Manage the NPD project lifecycle, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and successful product launches.
5. Partner with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality raw materials and ingredients for new spice formulations, negotiating pricing and contractual terms as needed.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to spice manufacturing and product development.
