- Should have a back ground in beverages.
- NPD beverage
- Mixologist
- Bar tenders
- Certified coffee master
Basic JD as below:
- NPD support: Assistance in New product development, ideation & concept building.
- Market audits: Food quality checks in different cities for consistency & accuracy.
- Vendor audits: Factory/kitchen visits, new vendor identification
- Creating training documents: Co-working with Ops & training to create training module and documents for new launches.
- Addressing complaints and course correction
