As the HR Operations Specialist at Neve Jewels, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations and payroll functions for our global organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes and payroll activities across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support our employees and drive initiatives that enhance our overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

- Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline HR operations globally.

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Payroll Administration:

- Manage payroll processes for employees worldwide, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.

- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and address any discrepancies.

- Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements in different countries.

- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Benefits Administration:

- Implementing and Administering region specific employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure smooth enrollment and resolve any issues.

- Educate employees on available benefits and assist with related inquiries.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across all regions.

- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Prepare documentation for audits and assist with compliance audits as needed.

Systems and Tools Management:

- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.

- Evaluate and implement new tools or enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

- Provide training and support to employees on HR systems and tools.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Global HR operations, with a focus on payroll management.

- Proven experience managing payroll processes outsourced to vendors in multiple countries.

- Strong understanding of local tax regulations, labor laws, and payroll compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.

- Experience with payroll software and systems; familiarity with Workday, ADP, or similar platforms preferred.

- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
