This person should come up with original ideas for marketing campaigns (Digital and Field) and execute them by collaborating with the copywriter, designer and operations teams. - The nature of the role will be primarily creative, but executional skills are an added advantage. Responsibilities : - Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns. - Plan and execute theme-based campaigns. - Create compelling copy and design for digital marketing. - Create print collaterals like posters, banners & flyers for field sales, by collaborating with the designer. - Ideate and direct story-based videos for marketing. - Track, analyse and improve. - Social media posts. Requirements : - Demonstrated success in conceptualising and executing advertising and marketing deliverables. - Detail-oriented, with a good eye for design. - Must have a strong portfolio which must include original creative content. - Willingness to execute things end-to-end, whatever it takes.
