Job Specifications :
1. Ongoing employee relations and people lifecycle management support including work force planning, training, managing performance, enabling retention, driving recognition, grievance handling etc.
2. Provide on-going daily support for people strategy implementation for all functions through business and people understanding
3. Manage all Sales employees and the sales incentive process, policy and implementation
4. Maintain / update/ collate ongoing HR database for the Digital function and be the central SPOC in the team for employee data and related queries
5. Partnering with COEs for Hiring/ implementation of process & policy and to drive organisational HR initiatives and exercises like PMS, Engagement, Learning, OD interventions etc.
6. Provide ongoing support for people related insights for the digital and publishing business
7. Actively participate in annual organisation wide cross- functional HR projects.
