Sub-Function : Corporate Strategy

Location : Noida or Mumbai

1. This role involves working with the Head Strategy / CEO and Business Unit Heads to drive critical strategic and business growth-related projects, manage chairman and Board-level communications and work with strategic business partners.

2. Key activities of the role include investigating strategic opportunities, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, formulating recommendations, translating those into action plans, and helping execute on those plans.

3. In addition, the work will include market sensing for external alliances and partnership opportunities and structuring and managing those relationships. This individual will work on high-priority strategic and operational issues, closely collaborating with other BUs and functional areas.

4. Outstanding on both strategic and operational skills. MBA from top B-school with 4+ years at a top-tier consulting firm ideally in the Media, New Media and/or Technology practise.

5. Need to be a clear thinker with superb analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize and stay focused on big needle-movers

6. External orientation. A track record of looking outside to identify emerging trends and being able to capitalize on the opportunities they presented

7. Outstanding senior management communication skills. Need to have really strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills including ability to communicate very complex ideas in simple ways.
