Job Summary:  The role is responsible for overseeing the Compensation and Benefits function of a company.   Primary responsibilities:  Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.  Compensation benchmarking and grading fitments for new hires and internal movements  Competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.  Analyse surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.  Forecast budget for salary increases.  Update on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits, and compensation policies.  - Conduct periodic compensation review exercises.
