Job Description: 1. As HR business partner, the incumbent will be responsible for engaging with functional leaders and take the talent agenda of the business forward. 2. Work with functional leaders for manpower planning and collaborate with Talent Acquisition team in talent selection process 3. Ensure organization design and hierarchy levels are in line with the agreed frameworks. Be the custodian of grades/Bands/Levels in the business team 4. He/She will be responsible for employee life cycle management including but not limiting to onboarding, employee engagement, HR processes, talent development and exits. 5. Work closely with the COE teams for formulating business impacting interventions 6. Participate in the annual performance review cycle and ensure adherence to the agreed policies and processes. 7. Manage the rewards and recognition platforms for the team and ensure best utilization of available options. 8. Be the SPOC and ensure all HR transactions are completed in time and work with relevant stakeholders for smooth execution. 9. Maintain ongoing HR database for the TV function Job Specification: - MBA in HR from reputed B school - 3-5 years- experience with large/medium size organization
