Network Security - Firewall Engineer - IT

1. Hands-on experience of 6-7 Years on firewall, preferred to have experience on Checkpoint Firewalls and management system (MDS).

2. Hands-on Experience in field deployment of Firewall and switching equipment's in telecom / ISP network.

3. Basic knowledge of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP.

4. Hands-on experience on TCP/IP handling, firewall policy framework implementation with respect to network elements and end point security.

5. Experience in LLD preparation for firewall system implementation and testing.

6. Experienced in node AT including various redundancy test like controller card redundancy, link redundancy, power redundancy, VRRP testing, HW verification, protocol testing, service testing and BOQ verification.

7. Strong knowledge on VLAN fundamentals & VOIP device handling experience along with L2 level security feature implementation.

8. Very Strong knowledge & hands-on experience required on IP Sub-netting

9. Preferred to have checkpoint security certification.

10. Understanding of Firewall configuration and network security policy implementation.

11. Experience in troubleshooting technical problems at L2 level in network.

12. Good understanding of DHCP server, Radius, 802.1X, TFTP server.

13. Understanding of VOIP Network deployment and end point security.
