- Technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Single point of contact with our technical team, OEM and the customer.
- Manage the onsite resources/Project team.
- understand the customers Information security process & policies, which may include security gathering, change request etc.
- Analyses customers' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
Broad technical requirement will be of 5+ years of experience with below key points:
- Should have at SME level knowledge in at least 2 below security domains:
- Cloud Security (primarily AWS & Azure native security tools.)
- Endpoint Security (Anti-virus, Anti-Malware, EDR, Anti-APT, Encryption, IDAM.)
