Network Operations Lead - Online/Internet

Job location - Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon

Preferred Qualifications: - 10+ years of hands-on experience handling complex Data Network design, implementation and management.

- Strong working experience on Software Defined Networks, including Cisco-ACI, Open Contrail

- Strong hands on experience on network security, firewalls, load balancers (NetScaler / F5), Network Virtualization

- Strong hands-on experience on Cisco Nexus switching, Juniper Routers,

- Strong experience as systems engineer handling different aspects of a production site like web servers, network issue debugging, good understanding of TCP/IP protocols, DNS, racking and cabling, server configuration and experience working in a 24x7 environment.

- Strong Experience with Incident, release and change management.

- ITIL certified, experience with JUNIPER, Open Contrail is a bonus

- CCNP, CCI certification is preferred.

- Experience with Unix, Linux and open source software configuration and deployment

- Experience with scripting and automation using Perl, shell, Python or any other scripting languages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead a team of cloud networking specialists delivering hybrid cloud solutions for business customers.

- Responsible for Capacity management and planning the improvement of the infrastructure

- Responsible for entire Cloud Network architecture optimization

- Responsible for production support and oncall on 16x7 basis.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - 

- Cloud Network administration and monitoring along with production support and oncall.

- Automation, deployment and configuration management.

- Subject matter expert on different components of Cloud networking & Security.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Individual will be measured against 100% uptime of Cloud Network and component availability

- Elimination of manual processes and 100% automation of Cloud Networking processes
