Responsibility : - Influencing and shaping business strategy including technology investment plans; - Planning and execution of technology capacity and services to support annual and longer term strategy; - Significant contribution to Business profitability through effective working capital management and minimal inventories; - Quality services and rich customer experience and in the process ensure market leadership; - National and local compliance - legal and regulatory - High performance culture and collaboration with relevant stakeholders - Will be responsible for strategic business growth, network operations, network rollout, monitoring and compliance. Skills Required : - Excellent domain knowledge and industry experience to detail technology plans which enable strategy delivery, revenue maximization and profitability. - Strong leadership capability to lead a big team, and to engage with leadership team and develop credible technology plans to enable market leadership - Strategy handling skills and alignment between planning and strategy - Financial acumen to handle budgeting/forecasting/spend management - Understanding of regulatory conditions / challenges in the country
