Position : Dealer Network Development

Department : CS Motor - Network Management

Vertical : OEM

Work Location : Bangalore

Work Days : 5

Looking candidates from four wheeler OEM companies.

Job Profile : Handling Channel Services, Dealer Network Expansion, Customer Service and Support.


Roles and Responsibilities :


1. Need to identify strong non-dealer garage network for efficient motor claim settlement.

2. Should be able to evaluate 4W/2W/CV Garage Performance / Manpower / Infrastructure Parameters.

3. Handle vendor creation process.

4. Regular garage audit.

5. Negotiate better discounts with garages increase VAS (Value Added Services) for the customers.

6. Keeping up the customer satisfaction score & NPS (Net Promoter Scores) of garages.

7. Understanding of garage function, quality control, process enhancement, improved customer experience, training to garages.

8. Responsible for handling set of workshops for Customer care / complaint.

9. Identify and establish new workshops / partners.

10. Approach the existing workshops, garages, service stations and make them as the business partner

11. Improve workshop productivity, customer satisfaction, partner satisfaction

12. Handle garage processes, including repair, parts management, MIS, etc

13. Responsible for profitability, inflow growth, process implementation

14. Ensure proper implementation of process to improve the service delivery-

15. Ensure growth of the workshops as the volume increases.

16. Facilitate the required support to the technical team.

17. Assist the organization in minimizing the losses incurred in accidental claims.

18. Enlarge the workshop partner's network locally, regional and state wise.

19. Assist in setting up a centralized network team for Motor Customer Service process

Candidate Requirement :


- B.E / B.Tech professionals with experience in After Sales Service and Dealer Network Expansion.

- Or Experience as Customer Care Manager / Customer Support Manager with Automobile / Automotive industry.
