Network Development Role
Responsibilities:
Consult with SME owners, startup founders, and other beneficiaries, offering tailored advice and connecting them with appropriate experts and resources within the network.
Partner Recruitment and Coordination:
- Identify, vet, and onboard a diversified cadre of experts, mentors, and service providers capable of providing skilling, advice, and execution support.
- Ensure a robust mechanism for quality control and continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve the network's objectives.
- Foster a solution-oriented, collaborative culture, ensuring effective communication and presentation across all levels of the organization.
Social Impact and Community Building:
- Drive initiatives that have a substantial social impact, reflecting a genuine passion for societal betterment.
- Showcase success stories and impact metrics to build credibility and attract more participants to the network
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in network building, consulting, mentoring, or similar roles with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Established relationships within the startup ecosystem, educational institutions, or SME sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience with collaboration platforms and technology-driven engagement methodologies.
- A strong track record of social engagement and community-building initiatives.
