Role

Architect and engineer networking solutions that enable SaaS, IoT, cognitive/AI and AR/VR apps to interact with the network in real-time for end-to-end, app-integrated control, security and delivery. In addition, this position will act as technical/Management lead of junior engineers in the APAC region.

Your responsibilities

- Design and implement network solutions for real-time data, voice and video flows that traverse multiple, global private networks, public networks, SD-WANs and cloud environments, along with their respective border elements.

Desired skills and experience

- Expertise in switching, routing, VLANs, NAT, VPN, LBs, FWs.

- Experience working in virtualized environments, platforms and architectures such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenStack, CloudStack, CloudFoundry, Docker and Kubernetes

- CCIE or JNCIE is a plus.

- 15+ years of senior architecture and engineering in large-scale enterprise LAN/WAN environments, service provider or IaaS networks

- Expertise with network management, monitoring, QoS, and capacity planning tools

- TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, SRTP, routing protocols, L2 and L3 expertise, Routing protocols (BGP, OSPFv3, RIP), Experienced using Wireshark to troubleshoot networking issues.

- Familiar with L3 QOS & L2 COS

- Experienced scripting in python and working with configuration management/deployment tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef.

- Familiar with Network Management suites such Zabbix and Nagios.

- NFV and SDN expertise - i.e Juniper Contrail
