Roles and Responsibility

- We are looking for “Presales Technical Consultant - Network Integration”, who will be part of a large presales team handling Govt., Defense, Enterprise, Telecom, BFSI and other verticals clients. His /her responsibilities would include providing comprehensive MPLS Solution, Data Center (DC) Network Infrastructure, Consolidation, Transformation and Migration solutions and provide complete pre-sales support in this domain.

He /she would need to work closely with sales leadership teams and other practices. The responsibilities of “Presales Technical Consultant - Network Integration” include s but not restricted to:

- Provide winning solutions as part of the pre-sales process including responding to formal or informal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from existing and prospective clients.

- Should be able to position Multi-Vendor Services in new competition accounts for all enterprise products comprising Network, Security, Voice, and Video & Emerging Technologies.

- Ability to handle pre-sales queries for all technical support opportunities in MPLS Solution/ DC – Network and Security Infrastructure domain/ Voice/ Video

- Addressing all Network and Security opportunities and working in large RFP and customer requirements through Relationship management with partners and principles /OEM and hence delivering continuous service and value to customers.

- This role primarily involves customer facing and customer interactions and ability to drive Solution workshops /presentations

- Coordinate with organization’s BDM’s, internal service lines, Practices, Account Managers to formulate accurate and timely response to RFP /RFIs.

- Front ending solution design in the areas of Network and Security Infrastructure – MPLS/ Routing /Switching /Voice/ Video/ Network Security/ Endpoint Security/ Web security/ Vulnerability Management/ SIEM Solution/ Two factor Auth/ DLP etc.

- Experience in estimation and costing for System Integration Services effort.

- Commercial acumen/ business understanding

- Define industry and customer specific value proposition.

- Track market and competition and coming out with innovative ideas to be most relevant in the market place.

- Non-linearity initiative.

- Work towards enabling thought leadership for the Practice.

- Strong pre-sales orientation. Should have breadth of technology understanding.

- Candidate must have worked on implementation projects involving large setups of MPLS/ Routing/ Switching/ Security/ Voice/ Video.

- Expertise in infrastructure sizing, design and solution architecture and preparation of BOQ.

- Strong Pre-Sales or Sales exposure with Cisco/ Radware/ Checkpoint/ Symantec/ MacAfee/ RSA for Network and Security products used in Enterprise Data Centers. This includes making proposals responding to RFP/ RFI, doing Due-Diligence and making technical presentations.

- Design, architecture, sizing, product configuration and consulting experience for DC Network – R outing/Switching/Voice/Video.

- Experience in DC Infrastructure Implementation, Migration and Transformation.

- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.

- Writing & Soft skill s Hunt/ Explore new opportunities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills

- Excellent customer handling skills.

- Open to ~20% Domestic Travel.

- Strong team player and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
