Vertical: Secondary Research Location: Preferred location is Kolkata Role Description: - Understand business problems from the client and translate, structure and provide insights through innovative analytical solutions - Managing internal and partner teams in different locations, delivering analytics solutions for existing accounts &amp; involved in point of view creation, pre-sales, the sales pitch for new business - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline deliverables Skill Set: - Experience of working in consumer research (Retail/CPG/Healthcare/Banking) domains for data analytics - A good track record of handling analytics projects with interest in datamining, storyboarding, generating insights - Ability to keep both internal and external stakeholders tied to project objectives, evaluating interim success measures and help achieve the same - Help develop clear and concise analytical approach - Should have some skill in understating the scope of work especially with large and complex datasets with a keen eye for detail and accuracy - Some understanding of ML libraries and applications including but not limited to Supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, ANNs, Reinforcement learning etc. - Good understanding of Analytics processes including but not limited to EDA, Hypothesis testing, time series analysis, ANOVA, Bayesian Analysis, etc. - Ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments - Strong verbal/written communication &amp; data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams - Proficiency in R- Python - SAS as well as visualizati
