In 2014, Netscribes incubated a new business for providing content creation and process support services for clients in the eCommerce domain. We are one of the few players in India in this highly volatile and fast growth space today. The primary service offerings are -

1. Catalogue development

2. Authoring, image enhancements and quality checks for product descriptions

3. Backend support for product listings, quality control and seller management

Role description- Senior Delivery Manager, eCommerce

Location - Kolkata

Job Description -

1. Will be part of the senior management for the eCommerce business.

2. Delivery management

a. Responsible for delivery management of all ongoing projects. Will work with multiple team leads and project managers to ensure on budget, on time delivery.

b. Manage client expectations and communication

c. Manage quality control through effective processes and ensure SLA compliance.

d. Ensure compliance with internal systems and quality policies.

3. Constantly identify opportunities for enhancing productivity using automation and process improvements.

4. Pre sales support

a. Execute pilots for new clients

b. Develop cost estimates and pitch decks to support the sales team.

5. Team development

a. Mentor and train team leads and project managers.

b. Lead the recruitment and training initiatives.

6. Identify and incubate new offerings for eCommerceand evangelize them with existing clients.

Requirements -

1. Demonstrated experience of managing large teams (more than 100 people). A strong background in project and process management is essential.

2. Demonstrated experience of working with content based processes, which may or may not be in the eCommerce domain.

3. Any past experience in eCommerce would be preferable.

4. This will be an independent, senior role. The person needs to have the ability to come up with solutions rather than list out problems. Needs to be willing to take risks, make mistakes and learn along the way.
