AVP - Research - BFSI (IB, PE and BFSI) Research 1. 'BFSI' practice development (~20%) - Work closely with the senior management to build strategy to grow the 'BFSI' practice/sub-LoB at Netscribes, and help execute it - Build targeted offerings/solutions in this domain - Work closely with the sales team to identify and close business deals in this domain - Keep tab on the latest market trends and propose ideas with respect to new areas of opportunities and build capability - Develop proposals for new engagements, lead proposal discussions with clients - Take end-to-end ownership of people management (recruitment, training, mentoring) 2. Client delivery and project management (~60%) - Responsible for end-to-end project management and client delivery - Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality client deliverables - Manage large client engagements at any given time and work hands-on on client projects - Collaborate with the existing team and suggest ways to gain efficiency and automate processes wherever possible - Set up teams and processes from scratch whenever required 3. Client communication and account management (~20%) - Lead client communication independently throughout project lifecycle - Play the role of an account manager on specific client accounts i.e. engage with relevant client stakeholders to understand their priorities/challenges, be a thought partner and suggest solutions, build rapport, keep track of key organizational changes, keep track of market changes that may impact client business, keep relevant stakeholders at NS updated Skillsets and experience - Extensive research (market intelligence) experience especially in the BFSI research domain catering to IB, PE clients with M&A, sector research background - Strong project management and team management skills. Hands-on ability to execute projects - Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with global clients (past exposure to US clients desirable) - Experience of leading a BFSI research team
