Netradyne is looking for an exceptional Sr./Manager of Finance to lead our FP&A team. In this role, you will own and evolve our planning and forecasting processes, drive business analytics & analysis and support investor & fund-raising activities. You will monitor performance against the company's financial KPIs, providing insights and analyses to the Finance Lead and leadership team. You will effectively partner with direct reports, peers, and other key stakeholders to drive the finance agenda and realize cross-functional opportunities. THE CANDIDATE Experience Requirements - MBA in Finance from a premier institute or CA or CPA, and 8+ years in leadership roles in FP&A and Business analytics functions with progressively increasing responsibility. - Experience in managing all elements of financial planning and analysis, Investor Relations and Business Analytics. - Strong analytical ability to drive sound financial decisions. - Strong Financial Modeling skills preferred. - Strong communication and relationship management to manage internal and external stakeholders. - Supporting fundraising efforts and managing external investors is highly desirable. - Ability to manage, mentor and scale a team - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all areas and levels of the company - Ability to work well under pressure in a high-growth environment; willingness to roll up sleeves - Prior experience with tech start-up(s) through periods of growth. Experience dealing with SaaS especially hardware enabled SaaS a plus. - Exposure to ERP Tools such as NetSuite and Business Analytics tools such as Tableau is highly preferred
