This position will be responsible for the entire customer experience from the sales to order process through the successful implementation of the Netradyne program in India & APAC. Key Responsibilities: - Work cross-functionally with all teams including sales and marketing, to help facilitate a positive customer experience and develop a strong Netradyne brand - Manage Client onboarding process including roll out planning and program setup - Field Sales support including maintenance, reporting, opportunity audits - Provide on-site and web-based training - Ensure upselling of new product features and services to existing customers - Proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts, ensure delivery of client KPIs with regards to customer experience. Qualification - MBA - Engineering degree would be preferred Experience & Skills - ~10 years working in a customer-facing role - Motivated, self-starter with a willingness to take on challenges - Organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects at one time - Strong Problem Solving Skills - be able to understand and assist with any customer facing issues. Provide timely, thorough follow up to ensure resolution including managing customer expectations. - Operational experience in the automotive, transportation & logistics industry desirable
