This role will be based in Bangalore and the incumbent will be responsible to drive the ODM / EMS partners in a mass production setup. Responsibilities will include Vendor management, Project management, Production & QC planning. Responsibilities : - Manage day-to-day ODM/EMS interactions and drive the product throughout the lifecycle - Interact with vendors, internal engineering, hardware teams and realize the product - Maintain sustenance of products already in mass production - Drive Product quality improvements on continuous basis - Develop and coordinate on QC planning for mass production & New Product Introductions - Manage customer quality complaints and manage RMA with manufacturing partner - Drive the entire vendor related operations - Drive the entire back-end sourcing/supply chain to reduce the overall cost of the product Desired Qualifications : - BE-Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical - MBA is preferred - 2-4 years experience in product development/product operations/PLC in electronic devices - Smartphones, IOT, tablets, Notebooks etc - Must have experience working with multiple manufacturing partners who are part of ODM/EMS ecosystem - Travel - 30-40% based on work
