Senior Legal Manager - Drafting / Vetting / reviewing / negotiating of contracts (incl. Services, Business Partner, Alliances, MOUs, Procurement related, Affidavits, Regulatory documents, etc.) - Core familiarity with Court / Arbitration Rules and Processes. - Handled Customer outstanding recovery matters and related documentation. - Interaction with outside Counsels vis-vis compliance and legal work. - Would be required to interface with other Company departments/functions and provide legal assistance and support. - Liaison with Government bodies, Regulators, etc. - Company law matters. - Group companies matters. - At least 10 years of work experience in a Legal department of a reputed company. - Should be good at legal drafting and negotiation, good command on English (both written and spoken), should be articulate and have excellent communication skills.
