Primary Responsibilities - Managing and Working with Regional Solution Engineering Team to guide, develop, design account specific solutions and enhance the regional Business revenue growth. - Presenting the design and value proposition of NTT Netmagics solution to customers and prospects. - Anticipating technology and/or market trends and provides guidance on their application to external customers and feedback of business requirements back to internal teams. - Successfully building relationships with regional sales team members, partners and customers to support team objectives and engage in creating a healthy working environment with all and relative internal cross-functional teams. - Qualifying sales opportunities on technical requirements & also helping the SE team-members on the same. - Conducting demonstrations of various technology products to medium/large audiences using customized configurations targeting specific customer requirements. - Articulating the value proposition of products and concepts being presented/demonstrated and map the customer business requirements to products and concepts. - Providing sound technical contributions to account team objectives and understanding the short and long term impact on Netmagic business objectives - Solution design for Enterprise services managed services, IT infrastructure architecting, messaging, enterprise application sizing and designing infra for applications like SAP / Oracle / Core banking, etc. - IT Infra architecting for Tier-I / II / III applications - Understanding and Solution Design Practice for Cloud Technologies Compute, Storage, Migration, Backup, Containers, AI & ML, Big-data. - Create end to end solution / blueprint for Strategic Outsourcing deals. - Work with International clients and NTT affiliates for international managed services and RIM opportunities. Create proposals, technical presentations, etc. - Work with technology vendors to understand new concepts and use them for solutions - Work with customers and Netmagic product team to help customer create business case, ROI, justification, etc. Secondary Responsibilities - Helping the team achieve their Quarterly and Yearly Objectives - Drive &amp; Monitor the development of the Team - Focus on the health-check of the Team and their individual growth. - Focus and enhance the Quality of the Solution prepared and presented by the Team - Also manage self-knowledge growth in terms of Certifications - Provide Product enhancements inputs to the Product Engineering and Management team. - Drive a cohesive &amp; co-operative behavior. - Should drive a problem solving attitude. Technical Skills - Microsoft and Unix technologies Licensing, OS / Clustering, high availability architectures, 2 / 3 tier architecture - Good understanding of databases Oracle, MySQL and MSSQL - Good understanding of storage technologies - Good understanding of virtualization VMware, HyperV, - Good understanding DC-DR solutioning. - Good understanding HCI Technologies - Good Understanding on Cloud Technologies of AWS, Azure &amp; Google offerings. - Exposure on Migration and Backup Technologies - Good understanding of security technologies like Firewall, IPS/IDS, SIEM, SOC, CDN etc. - Mail / messaging (Exchange / HMC / Zimbra / Qmail, etc.) - Exposure to Infrastructure sizing for SAP HANA and other SAP applications - Exposure on technologies - Xen RHEV, Openstack - Exposure with databases - PostgreSQL - Exposure on Network Services - Exposure to security technologies. - 3-4 Years Exposure on Team Management
