Position Title :   Project Lead (JAVA)  The position:  Working under the guidance of the Project Head, this position is responsible for Management of detailed study of the SRS & analyze the technical impact of customization if any. Assignment of the work to the team members. Monitoring and guiding the team members and get work done from them. Review of the team members. Continuously monitor on the work going on and update the status to the supervisor. Co-ordination with client & update him the status of the project as per project plan. Need to update with the recent technologies, brush up self-technical skills.  The Role:  Will be involved in high level Design of different Module and Architecture of HRAlign.  Involved in requirement gathering for customized HRAlign modules for different clients.  Database creation, backup/restoration and application set up at client place.  Analysis, Design, Coding, modification and implementation of user requirements in the application.  Data Migration from SqlServer2005, MS Access, Flat files and oracle 9i to Oracle 10g database using Sql- Loader, External Tables and DBMS_UTIL package.  Management of program units for Recruitment, Leave Management and 360 degree   Feedback modules of HRAlign product as per the Program Specifications and Coding guidelines.  Creating Functional and Technical documents for HRAlign module for developers and users guidelines.  Develops changes and improvements to the product according to the requirements with attention to Quality.  Developing the required Java Codes Designing database as per client requirements, deploy the task to the team according as per different client need for the implementation of the Business rules.   Developing user interfaces with HTML, java scripting with JSP and Servlets, Java Bean, Procedure Preparation of Program specifications for redevelopment, deploying application on client side.  Supporting the front end development team for any backend issues and developing business logic for various HRMS module as per business requirement document.  Creation of Unit Test plan for each module and helping QA team for setting up the testing environment and developing test cases for SIT/UAT as per the requirement.  Visiting at various clients for resolving the database issues, fresh installation of HRAlign database, data migration, front end application installation, requirement gathering, online and offline product support.  Creation of design discussion and impact analysis documents.  Walkthrough of HRAlign modules and its functionality to various clients.  Performance tuning and optimization of existing and newly packages for various modules.  Creation of standard schema structure so that the base product could be implemented in any version of oracle database.  Management of designing and developing various PL/SQL packages to calculate leaves, employee transfer and handling feedback for the Leave Management and Employee Transfer Modules  Attractive elements of this role:  This position would be attractive to candidates looking for:  A role with managerial accountability for Design / Architecture.  Education & Experience:   Graduate Computer Science Engineer / MSC - Computer Science Engineer with 8 -15 years experience   Skills:  Client-Server Technology, Design, Unit testing, System Administration, Production Support & Maintenance, Team of 5 to 15 developers, TAT in projects, comfortable in challenging and demanding projects, Strong programming skills in Web Application Development using Core Java, Servlet, JSP, Struts, JSF, Spring, Web Services.  Programming Languages & Technologies:  Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Struts, JSF, Spring, JDBC, Hibernate, UML, Web Services  Solution Environment:  Java, JSP, Servlet, Struts, Ajax,Oracle 9i, SQL Server 2008, 2012, Tomcat 6.0 Application Server, SVN, Jenkin, Maven, Junit   Location and Travel requirements:  Base location: Navi Mumbai, Frequent travel to Client / Project Site  Reports to:  Technical Director  Positions reporting to this role:  5 to 15 Software Engineer / Developers  The organization:  Neterson Technologies Pvt.
