The Group Digital HR & Payroll Manager :

The Digital works with the Group Head, HR & Strategy within the Group Corporate Center and is supported by a specialist. The purpose of this role is to plan and implement our HRMS system and payroll solution across all businesses, working with HR teams of respective group organizations. 


- The broad overall agenda of the team includes re-inventing and implementing approaches to architecting organization designs, recruiting great talent, managing performance and rewards, developing leadership, engagement and culture and co-creating a great new technology platform to manage it all with.

What are we looking for?

- Our dream candidate is someone passionate about Digital HR, driven by meaning in work and attracted to our fundamental values and purpose.


- S/he has about 12-15 years' experience including hands-on work in all areas that are mentioned above in the role brief. 


- To manage multiple stakeholders across different businesses, s/he blends maturity with drive and conceptual thinking power with the ability to get things done.


- S/he would have at least 4-5 years of experience in a senior level role with responsibility of conceptualizing, implementing and maintaining HRMS & Payroll systems.

Location & travel :

The role is based out of our head office located at Marine Lines, Mumbai. The incumbent is expected to travel frequently (when safe travel is possible) to various group business locations - about 2-3 days at a time, 1-2 times a month.
