Silicon Valley-based Netenrich is inviting all left-brained, high-energy Marketing Operations marketers to join a high-performance team of equally driven and talented people in Hyderabad.

Summary :


This role pivots around 4 key areas : Technology, Data, Process, and Alignment. Design and implement new and optimize existing marketing and sales operations processes. Own the MarTech stack. Be the go-to person for all things marketing automation. Align multiple marketing and sales sub-functions using technology and processes. Go beyond number-reporting. Narrate data-led stories - what's happening, possible causes, and opportunities to leverage resources to improve outcomes.

Key Quantifiable Indicators :

7-10 years' focused experience in marketing operations for leading SaaS products or platforms. Substantial experience in designing, implementing, and running high-conversion marketing and sales operations programs that move the needle on revenue.

Team Environment :

Report to the Marketing Director. Work closely with internal research, analytics, DemandGen, SEO, content, SDR, creative, SEM teams for building an effective and efficient data-led marketing organization. Interact with the sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership to understand goals and expectations. Be a top leader yet be coachable. Work in an Agile team.

Specific Skills :

- Solid background working with a variety of industry-standard tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and other common digital marketing tools like Google Analytics

- Demonstrable experience implementing Marketing and Sales programs from an automation standpoint

- Understanding of customer journeys and their supporting conversion opportunities

- Should have led a team of Marketing Automation specialists to achieve goals by focusing on clear conversion-related KPIs

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint

- Certified Salesforce and HubSpot (preferred)

- Knowledge of RPA is a huge plus

- Familiarity with WordPress, webinar technology, project management tools, data visualization tools, chat tools

Responsible for :


- Own the marketing tech stack by leading the administration and management of integrations, lead routing, field mapping, documentation, and optimizations of functionalities, including the evaluation, vendor relationships, and implementation of any new and existing technology.

- Oversee the MQL and lead flow of all of the team's market programs - manage lead segmentation and targeting, email deliverability, landing page optimization, data hygiene, and cleanup and de-duping - optimizing these processes as needed

- Troubleshoot and QA workflows, data issues, and other essential marketing ops functions

- Manage the day-to-day of HubSpot, Salesforce, Bambora, Outreach, and Drift to ensure consistent tracking across all marketing campaigns & programs

- Work with the marketing team to build marketing analytics reporting and develop insights in Salesforce to make recommendations on areas for optimization and improve performance benchmarks.

- Oversee marketing funnel process management to optimize lead flow: Lead Scoring, Routing, Qualification, Lead > MQL > SQL (and stages)

- Partner with DemandGen on email strategy, campaign and program build, and strategic guidance on marketing automation campaigns with QC.

- Co-own the email calendar strategy and planning to ensure our database segmentation is being maximized and targeted effectively

- Co-lead with the DemandGen the optimization of lead scoring strategy, methodology, and execution to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates

- Co-manage with SalesOps/RevOps our lead enrichment strategy to improve the quality of our database to enable effective segmentation and audience targeting

- Align closely with our RevOps and SalesOps teams to ensure continuity and consistency across all of our go-to-market systems and data

- Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in all marketing technology

- Scope system enhancements for supporting the Revenue Marketing team, interviewing marketers about their pain points, and translating them into requirements for our technology teams to execute on

- Develop enablement plans, lead training, and deliver documentation to ensure Marketers are fully enabled to use new system features.

- Work with DemandGen leads on important business metrics like Closing Percentages, Cost Per Lead, Customer Acquisition Cost, Average Deal Size, Time to Closure, CAC payback period, and more to identify gaps and implement programs
