Demand Generation Manager

Silicon Valley-based Netenrich is inviting all revenue-centric, high-energy Demand Generation marketers to join a high-performance team of equally driven and talented people in Hyderabad.


Summary

Drive lead and pipeline generation. Go beyond impressions and clicks - focus on conversations and conversions. Extensive B2B SaaS marketing experience. Build, lead, and scale the DemandGen team. Read and report data and make course corrections. Hands-on with MAP, CRM, and other popular tools from the MarTech stack. Rich experience in using digital channels.

Key Quantifiable Indicators

10-12 years' focused experience in demand generation for leading SaaS products or platforms. Substantial experience in designing, implementing, and running high-conversion DemandGen programs that move the needle on revenue. Delivered quantifiable multiple growths (ROI) for companies.

Team Environment

Report to the Marketing Director. Work closely with internal research, analytics, MarkOps, SEO, content, SDR, creative, PPC, SEM teams for effective integrated campaigns. Interact with the Sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership to understand positioning and messaging. Be a top leader yet be coachable. Work in an Agile team.

Specific Skills :

- Must have experience designing and implementing demand generation programs

- Demonstrate an expert understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels - particularly email, social media, SEO, and SEM.

- Deep understanding of customer journeys its supporting conversion opportunities

- Should have led a team of Demand Generation specialists to achieve goals by focusing on clear conversion-related KPIs

- Experience in orchestrating multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand and revenue

- Use important business metrics like Closing Percentages, Cost Per Lead, Customer Acquisition Cost, Average Deal Size, Time to Closure, CAC payback period, and more to identify gaps and implement programs

- Should have built brand awareness, launched and promoted products and services, created buzz, and established customer loyalty

- Solid background working with a variety of industry-standard tools - including marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot

- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce), and other common digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsible for

- Own the campaign calendar and channel strategy for all marketing campaigns

- Co-own the optimization of lead scoring strategy, methodology, and execution to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates

- Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels

- Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline

- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs

- Partner MarkOps to manage marketing funnel process to optimize lead flow: Lead Scoring, Routing, Qualification, Lead > MQL > SQL (and stages)

- Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle

- Using the positioning and messaging framework to guide the development of content in outreach campaigns

- Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies

- Assisting RevOps / SalesOps in identifying opportunities within marketing campaigns to amp up outcomes

- Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth

- Build a high-performing team of demand generation specialists

- Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders

- Delivering performance reports to leadership and other teams with advanced analytics required to recognize actionable insights related to customer lifecycle

- Work with cross-functional teams and senior management

- Making the numbers talk when addressing executive teams by translating data points into measures of campaign success
