Assistant Manager - Marketing

NetEnrich is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to assist in driving the company's marketing and lead generation initiatives to the next level. The ideal candidate is a creative, prolific writer/content generator who can help manage multiple marketing and PR campaigns

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Project Management of marketing campaigns and delivery within the projected timelines

- Help in planning and execution of campaign and content marketing plans

- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Social Media and Advertising

- Execute Account Based Marketing plans based on Quarterly strategic initiatives

- Responsible for Event Planning, Campaign Execution, management and logistics

- Writing copy and content for digital marketing initiatives

- Drive Campaign Optimization and Measurement

- Reporting and Analysis of Marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required. MBA is a plus

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing in a B2B and/or IT Services industry

- Excellent verbal and especially written communication skills

- Deep Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and channels

- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign effectiveness

- Should be a hustler and a go-getter.
