Job Summary: As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our digital marketing services. You will be responsible for managing and leading our operations team in India, ensuring seamless execution of strategies, meeting client deliverables, fostering innovation, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:


- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and client objectives.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.


2. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the operations team to achieve high-performance standards.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely delivery of services.

- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

4. Operational Excellence:

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

- Optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and operations.


- Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree (Marketing/Sales/Business/Operations or equivalent)

- Extensive experience (typically 8-12 years or more) in digital marketing. Currently heading a Business Unit or at. a senior leadership level

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices.

- Proven expertise in AI integration within digital marketing.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and process improvements.

- Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting/exceeding client expectations.
