We are seeking an Analytics Manager to join the NetElixir family and lead Analytics engagements supporting our digital marketing business and deliver delight for our clients. 2. You will provide analytics direction on strategic accounts, with a focus on client engagement while guiding teams to improve our clients digital marketing programs. 3. You will serve as a primary point of contact between the clients and stakeholders, managing and enhancing our clients' digital measurement. 4. You will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships year over year through strategic account management and a relentless focus on identifying new growth opportunities and implementing new initiatives. What You'll Be Doing - Architect solutions and provide optimization recommendations that drive results on client campaigns and objectives. - Translate data into human insights and stories that drive change in digital marketing strategy and tactics. - Oversee the coding of data extraction, transformation and models. - Provide thought leadership and guidance in the development of client-facing presentations and results read-outs. - Quickly understand multiple data sources and develop methodology for joining data that will add value. - Oversee development of custom performance reporting and analyses across multiple channels / clients. - Partner closely with leading partners such as Google, Facebook, and other data partners to take advantage of new measurement features and learning opportunities. - Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and the Growth team to conduct successful new business pitches. You get things DONE. - You are a dynamic professional with 4 to 5 years of experience in Analytics - You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - You possess a great attitude and drive to get things done and 'make it happen' - You have the unique ability to connect, engage and collaborate with internal teams across the Global NetElixir Family with strong sensitivity and desire to work synergistically across diverse, disparate cultures. - You are a lifelong learner who is on top of the latest digital marketing & analytic trends. - Bachelors or Master's degree. MBA is an advantage. - Experience in GTM or any other tag management system will be a plus.
