Role Overview:

This is a top management position in the role of VP of engineering/CTO. In this role you are expected to build and then lead our software team. You will own the architecture of the product, the product roadmap and the feature deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building our customer's platform end-to-end

- Defining the tech strategy at various stages of platform development and executing it

- Hiring new recruits and building the tech team at Netdox

- Own the architecture of our platform

- Build suggestive algorithms at the back-end to enable primary interaction between the patient and the operations team

- Work closely with the product team to build the product roadmap and implement it

- Setting timelines for completion of specific modules and prioritizing tasks based on the requirements of the operations team

What are we looking for-

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a high growth environment

- Experience with building at least one product end-to-end

- Must have hired, trained and led a team of techies

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability

- Deep understanding of how to make software modular

- A deep hunger to create scalable technology products

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A combination of doer and thinker traits

Good to have:

- Startup experience building healthcare products for consumers and/or enterprises

- Knowledge of data privacy related regulations such as HIPAA compliance regulations
