Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales motivated and result oriented inside sales specialist
- Committed to achieve assigned sales target and KPIs
- Achieve daily and weekly work matrix and share daily reports
- Work across multiple teams to achieve partner and customer requirements
- Consistent and fair business projections and timely reporting to seniors
- Understanding of online marketing activities
- Liaison with support, delivery and sales coordination team for smooth customer onboarding
JOB REQUIRMENTS
- Graduate/Post Graduate in business or related field
- 2-5 years of work experience as Inside sales specialist for US market
- Work experience in IT cloud based product and service
- Excellent written and verbal communication with US accent
- Self-disciplined, motivated and should be adaptive to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in initiating C level connects with customers and partners
- Knowledge of data mining tools, data mining techniques, cold calls
- Working knowledge of sales force or any relevant CRM tool
- Proficient in preparing documents, presentations and excels
- Understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, cloud service will be an added advantage
Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
