.Net Principle Developer/Software Architect

- Our Client is looking for individuals that are technically strong, keen on using lean or agile processes and are great at collaborating and knowledge sharing.

- Ideal candidates would have experience that will help transform their teams to be product aligned, practice agile processes, continuously learn and deliver incremental business value, use continuous delivery practices and select the best tools to solve the problems at hand.

Experience : 10+ yrs.

Role : Principle Developer / Software Architect

Mandatory experience and skills requirements:

- Working as part of agile teams that followed key agile and XP ceremonies:

- Sprint planning, huddles, showcases and retrospectives

- BDD/TDD, Pairing and Continuous Integration

- Helping your team to deliver at high velocity

- Contribution to the product roadmap

- Strong design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C#

- Proper application of DDD

- Mentoring junior team members

- Effective collaboration and removal of silos

- Building high availability solutions. Development of asynchronous and/or multi-tiered scalable applications

- Productionisation of solutions - monitoring, alerting, dashboards

- Working on solutions hosted in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)

- Implementation of Continuous Delivery processes

- Usage of SQL and no SQL databases

- Usage of Git

- Honours degree in IT

The following would be beneficial:

- Working in the travel and hospitality domain including:

- Automating business processes

- Integration with 3rd party systems

- Customer management, including CRM solutions

- Content management

- SEO

- Booking and post sales flows, web and mobile solutions
