NestAway - Manager - Process Excellence

NestAway is hiring Process Excellence Professionals!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Set up a robust governance mechanism to ensure that the review and progress happen as scheduled.

2) Drive process improvement and design methodologies, and help business achieve results

3) Document process maps and maintain SOPs for processes

4) Identify and lead process improvement projects that support strategic imperatives through the use of Six Sigma methodology

5) Deliver operational excellence in tangible form of controls improvement and waste elimination, automation leading to productivity.

6) The role may require short to medium term travel to various company locations on need basis

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma concepts

2) Strong project management skills- ability to handle multiple projects having unstructured scoping

3) Ability to deliver training on Quality methodology is desirable (Six Sigma and Lean)

4) Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome

5) Excellent analytical skills: Review and provide direction on projects/ programs (Data driven approach)
