Nestaway is hiring Manager Legal  Roles & Responsibilities :  Litigation   - Manager Legal provide end to end legal support to NestAway in criminal and civil cases   - Will be responsible to handle fraud, cheating, criminal breach of trust cases, corporate crimes, bail matters, cyber crimes, cheque bouncing issues, constitutional matters,   - Will be responsible for drafting criminal complaints, criminal appeals and revision petitions   - Manager - legal is responsible for entire legal functions and is required to supervise litigation in different District courts, High Courts, Supreme courts, Tribunals PAN India   - Should independently handle External Advocates / Counsels / Solicitors & briefing them with high emphasis on quality, timeliness & accuracy.   - Should individually draft appropriate legal documentation, applications, queries for opinions, replies etc.- and is responsible for legal writing and due diligence.   - Should have experience in arbitration   - Corporate   - Should be able to handle general corporate advisory   - Should be well versed with IP laws, IT laws, data protection laws   - Should be able to draft and negotiate standard agreements such as service agreements, NDAs, Third party vendor agreements   - Should be well versed with real estate laws   - Should have a good command over English
