Role Purpose :

- To manage HR activities required to support the ongoing people development agenda

- Co-ordinate and implement activities initiated by the People Work stream such as, talent identification and succession planning, learning and development initiatives and implementing a career architecture model.

- Provide HR guidance and support to Leadership Team w.r.t initiatives and changes in the organization

- Support the HR Lead in designing a world class HR function by delivering the right People Strategy and partner to demonstrate the value of HR function to the business.

- Accountable of providing consultative support to the stakeholders, involve in strategic and analytical based decisioning, ability to right skill the function, attract and retain talent and ensure best practices are leveraged and implemented to drive process efficiency

- Drive improvement in usage of HR Contact Center and provide constructive feedback to improve the employee experience.

- Implement HR system changes in the business teams through effective dissemination and education.

- Ensure consistent management of a wide range of issues including ineffective management, grievances, disciplinary processes, inappropriate behavior, failure to adhere to the Company's policies and procedures, breaches to regulatory rules etc.

- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business

- Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure processes like data validation, objective settings, reviews and feedback are completed in the system within agreed timelines.

- Ensure that the underperforming employees are put on an action plan, either through Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or other level of corrective action
