NestAway is looking for Customer Experience professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities - 

1) Leverage existing data, insights and customer feedback to design products for different customer segments

2) Design, develop and execute programs to enhance customer retention

3) Drive cross-functional projects to improve customer experience

4) Develop the business case on what the organization should strategically invest

5) Build and maintain close working relationships with key business teams

6) Track & own key metrics
