Job Purpose & Responsibilities:

Organization :

- NeST Digital ; the premier software arm of a large business conglomerate group, delivers

solutions - IT, Process, People or Turnkey solutions ; that are technology and delivery optimized to drive up

the ROI for our esteemed customers.

- The purpose of the Project Management Office (PMO) role will be to establish and operate a word class

project management office for NeST Digital.

- In this role, the incumbent will centrally build project

management capabilities for NeST Digital and own the operational metrics of all the projects at NeST Digital.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish a strong project management office (PMO) function for the organisation and do continuous

improvement on project/program management and delivery capabilities of the organization

2. Oversee the project management activities across business units, and fine tune them to ensure that

the project management practices in the organization are world-class and follow the agile methodology in letter and spirit

3. Create RACI matrix for every such project and define clear Op-mech including escalation matrix.

Track such cross-functional central projects to closure and ensure that any deviations/delays are

taken through a clear RCA route, corrective and preventive measures are in place.

4. Monitor critical cross-functional projects that involve business criticality in the organization.

5. Continuously improve the project management/program management capabilities of the

organization, working in close association with NeST Digital Academy and NeSTs talent management

group.

6. Create and support the conduct of project management capability development programs for the

organization. Ensure that the internal talent of lead engineers are developed to handle project and

delivery management roles in the organization

7. Own, manage and improve the business and operational review process for the organization.

8. Monitor the organisation dashboards for Project health, profitability, utilisation, deployment and

overruns. Escalate to the concerned stakeholders as needed and seek mitigation plans for CEO

review.

9. Track the key business initiatives that is driven out of the CEO reviews (Delivery Ops, P&L and any

central function) and drive them to closure, with proper RACI matrix, risk mitigation plans,

escalations and Op-Mech.

10. Provide critical observations for projects coming for financial approval and management sign off,

and authorise on behalf of the CEO.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the overall delivery budget by tagging every spend to a project code, right from the identification of a lead/opportunity

2. Lead, Mentor and Coach the delivery heads and project managers on project management excellence.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

Educational Qualification: Master in Business administration, with an engineering graduation preferred.

Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in Software Product Engineering/Services organisations with at

least 10 years of experience handling project management, project/program management office functions
