Program Manager is a strategic role in the corporate development division. The primary responsibility is to work with SVP's to build a new business unit, i.e., a sourcing solutions provider for dialysis consumables.
Strategy
- Help in formulating AOP and go to market strategy for Indian and overseas market.
- Support the development of long-term strategy for new initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyses the industry landscape and map the company's progress
- Develop dashboard, key evaluation matrices and MIS
Operations
- Responsible for owning and monitoring the P&L
- Review and optimize the pricing strategy to balance the sales and margins as per management's guidance
- Drive periodic business reviews with the management
- Design and analyze existing business strategies in order to provide key insight into growth levers
- Implement and manage processes to ensure company's objectives are achieved
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Ensure process efficiency and adherence to proposed timelines.
- Monitor sales, with a focus on new additions, realization per customer & delivery TAT.
- Prepare, review and share periodic projections with the SCM and discuss ways to improve its accuracy
- Formulate receivables collection plans with the AR team and work towards keeping overdues under control
- Develop marketing and sales plan for the company.
Communication and Presentation
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
- Interact with cross functional stakeholders for business process reengineering. Requires high level of engagement with supply chain, business development and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with sales team to understand deliverable timelines and commitments.
