NEOPT.ai - Co-Founder - Credit & Collections

- We are a young startup working on creating a Co-branded Consumer Credit Card .

- We are looking for somebody who has at least 10 years of experience in managing Credit & Collections in "Unsecured Lending" ( preferably Credit Card) in a Bank /NBFC/ Fintech space .

- The ideal candidate should have led a big team in Credit & Collections at the National Level .

- The incumbent shall be responsible for creating the overall " Credit ,Risk and Collections Policy" and executing it to achieve portfolio quality targets .

- He/she shall lead development of Risk Models , Underwriting policy , account management , monitoring the portfolio and credit flows , setting and assigning collection targets for the team members , achieving collection numbers to ensure that overall recovery and delinquency control targets are met
