Department: Management Support Designation: Data / Business Analyst Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Managing Director Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience Job Responsibilities: - Conducting financial, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs - Preparation of rolling forecasts, taking into consideration operational information and trends and suggesting corrective measures where required - Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research, data and outlook, to develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making - Creation of metrics for leading operational improvements and increasing planning efficiency - Basic Qualification: - 4-6 years of strong relevant experience - Degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields preferred - Fluency in R, SQL & Microsoft Excel, as well as a deep understanding of statistical analysis, experiment design, and common pitfalls of data analysis - Experience should either be in Business Planning & Analysis teams - Experience with Tableau or similar software to build seamless and easy to understand reports. You are a self-starter & drive projects with minimal guidance and focus on high impact work Strong communicator: You effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas to others
