Job Profile :
- With overall 15 years' of experience in collections and related areas
- Preferably from NBFC/ Bank/ARC handling retail asset loans
- Experience of managing SME/Business Loan/Unsecured portfolio preferred
- Result and numbers oriented, with proven expertise in leading delinquent accounts, recovery planning, effectuating Collection policies, managing wide risks and implementing mechanisms to mitigate risks
- Experience to work closely with in-house Legal and Legal agencies, Collection Strategy, National and Local collections agencies, In-house or outsourced call-centres would be preferred
- Exposure to work closely with in-house/out-sourced Analytics to develop collections scorecard, predictive and preventive models and tools would be preferred
- Proven skills in team supervision and relationship management
- Should have strong network in the industry for quick referral hiring, agency feedback and empanelment etc.
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross functional navigation within the organization to ensure targets are accomplished and targets are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage large geographies (8-10 branches each).
- The role has to focus on 180+ DPD collections
- Identify and deliver improvements to the range of account treatment and negotiation options available to collection agents
- Driving incremental & step change improvements: with an objective of maximising collections, identifying alerts/red flags including high risk and high impact customers, therefore controlling loss rates and achieving cost efficiency
- To build collection strategy in line with industry best practices meeting the broad objective of company policy
- Build and develop/modify fully value segmented collection processes
- Work closely with Analytics to Deliver Collections scorecards, detailed financial and behavioural trend analysis, and produce robust projections
- Get intuitive, easy to understand and insightful Dashboards developed/modified for easy of team and management reviews
- Get key reports and MIS automated
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA.
- Exp min 15 years.
