Job Profile:
The candidate will lead a team and will be responsible for designing the strategy for operating teams (Sales/Collections) pan india.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategy to achieve targeted KPIs in sales and collection - productivity, pricing, distribution reach, acquisition costs, branch expansion, collection efficiency, recovery, etc
- Drive performance of the teams through various levers; Contests, Incentives, Performance tracking etc.
- Monthly performance dashboards, decks, and data support for structured Senior leadership reviews
- Collaborate with digital team on automation projects to drive efficiency
- Collaborate with Risk, Credit and Field teams to provide key insights for improving portfolio performance
Candidate Requirements:
- Data Driven with excellent excel skills
- Organized in work and eye for details ensuring accurate delivery within timelines
- Experience of managing teams would be preferred
- 3+ years of experience
- MBA/CA
