Loans get approved within 3-4 days, and a new pilot is underway for a 30 minute approval process. NeoGrowth collects and generates huge volumes of data which is used to back test and refine scorecards, and NeoGrowth also scores each and every account in it's portfolio for risk every single day.  - NeoGrowth has experience in disbursement and management of loans to small businesses across various categories such as restaurants, apparel, CDIT, footwear, petrol pumps, health & beauty, groceries, pharmacies etc. Customers have liked the product very much, and this is evidenced by a renewal rate of over 85%. It is this customer loyalty which separates NeoGrowth from most other lenders. In small ticket lending, managing unit economics is a critical success factor, and NeoGrowth has found the optimum mix to ensure that we retain the human touch, but deliver a superior and efficient customer experience.   Reporting to : VP Corporate Affairs, though in parallel required to work closely with MD  Role :   - Actively contribute in various presentations on business plans, growth, opportunities, and challenges.  - Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements  - Program Manager/PMO a variety of special projects for the leadership team and in house business analysis and consulting team, which are strategic in nature  - Tracking internal performance - business performance reports, drive business performance diagnostics and set up a review with function heads  - Industry analysis and bringing out key takeaways from industry reports  - Compete scan, specifically from financial analysis point of view  - Act as SPOC for various industry bodies, liaison on behalf of NeoGrowth for workshops/seminars/industry research surveys etc.  - Maintaining a shared database of industry reports and data (Trello, Shared drive)  - To work on Corporate Awards for the organization (Registration, Process write-up, documentation support etc.)  - Support the MD in all daily strategic matters as part of the MD's office   - Attend critical business meetings along with the MD and ensure timely closure of key deliverables  - Organize & coordinate business meetings for the MD with key external stakeholders and help the MD in preparation for the same  - Help with MD Communique, content/talking point for Webinar, conference, seminar  - Logistical co-ordination for branch/regional visits planned for MD  Competencies :  - Must be detail-oriented and proactive in every approach  - Must be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and have a global perspective on business opportunities  - Well-developed business sense and a dedicated work ethic to deliver high standards of excellence  - Financial Services experience preferred  - Excellent knowledge of power point & excel data modelling, financial modelling  - Dynamic, mature-minded individual, who will take ownership of all responsibilities to anticipate all needs;  - Comfortable handling confidential documents and information, including abiding by and executing confidentiality protocols;  - Must be facile in all forms of written and spoken communications.  Candidate Profile :  - BE + MBA from a pedigree college (1st class throughout) 15-40 rank institution.  - 2-4 years of experience in strategy role
