We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Envision, create and manage the product roadmap through customer research, feature conceptualisation, project prioritisation and implementation - Identify opportunities for growing the company's product portfolio in the SME lending space and drive competitive differentiation - Lead cross functional teams towards business case formulation, requirements definition and operationalisation of products/features - Work with business teams to build business models, understand the requirements of the business and create launch plans - Own the P&amp;L and business/product metrics, including revenue and portfolio goals QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE: - 8-10 years of experience with at least 6 years in product management - B.E./B.Com./B. Tech. &amp; MBA from top tier institutes is required. - Experience in product management in SME finance, Supply chain finance or Digital lending products required, especially in building and mentoring product teams - Deep understanding of competitive, technology and policy landscape in SME lending space - Ability to empathize with the customer, craft a user story and define short and long term solutions - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen - Ability to gather and analyse large quantities of information, and turn them into insightful business recommendations and a compelling product vision - Ability to drive the execution of the product after defining a robust and visionary roadmap - Ability to build, manage and drive consensus among a cross functional team - Identify trends in the fintech industry, develop knack for next stage of industry evolution
