EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate +MBA(Preferred) PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Fresher/1-2 yrs of experience in financial industry ROLE: - Work across the organisation with internal and external stakeholders in Sprint planning and Project Management of requirements and product releases - Design and maintain standard project management deliverables including: project schedule, implementation plan, issues & action items log,etc. - Support product & program initiatives - Product roll-out & management operations - Formulate MIS as per requirements - Assist in documentation related to product - Assist in research/data gathering SKILLS: - PMP qualification preferred - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects - Excellent Communication (oral & written) Skills and Relationship management Skills - Comfortable with using technology tools including Microsoft tools - Basic Understanding of Financial Industry
