AVP - Portfolio Analytics

Job Profile:

- Leading and managing a team of data scientist and delivering business outcomes and driving use cases across risk management ,collection management ,customer acquisition , customer experience , portfolio economics & pricing.

- Developing best practices for data science, considering the full analytical lifecycle- evaluation of new and cutting edge AI/ML techniques.

- Implementing best approaches for predictive and prescriptive analytics- Acquiring or developing innovative methodologies- Leading and guiding analytics projects across business groups

Key Responsibilities:

- Looking for candidates with extensive experience leading data science team and building a data oriented organization. Must have knowledge of most of quantitative fields like Machine Learning, Advanced Statistical Analysis & Modelling, Deep Learning, Causal Inference & Program Evaluation, Reinforcement Learning, Behavioural Economics, Design of Experiments, Multi-Objective Optimization, Decision Theory, Bayesian Statistics, and Network Science etc.

- Must have strong data proficiency, exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and storytelling skills

- Must have knowledge of well-designed experiments and statistical analysis concepts

- Development & Validation of Application Scorecards for various loan segments.

- Controlling Business Attrition using Commercial Bureau Triggers

- Risk Monitoring of Loan Portfolio

- Monitoring of Loan portfolio:

- Delinquency Analytics

- Attrition Analytics

- Exploring Multi Bureau Usage for Credit Underwriting in SME/Retail Segment Sales / Marketing analytics. Using statistical & predictive modelling techniques like linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, k-means clustering etc. for various areas of Asset Analytics like :

- Customer acquisition and attrition

- Portfolio level customer segmentation

- Propensity for cross-holdings, product per customer, next-best product

- Identifying potential customers for up-migration to higher customer segment.

- Development of X-sell programs

- Generating Analytics based Leads using Commercial Bureau data

- Loan approval Scorecard

- Risk based pricing model

Qualification & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in Risk Analytics, Predictive Modelling, Big Data, Machine Learning, Statistics, Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Consulting - BFSI

- MSc Statistics or Data Science or MBA + Engineering is preferred
