This role is a critical role with the responsibility of preparation and review of Management Accounts and RBI reporting and related audits.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the preparation of monthly management accounts.

- Drive the preparation of AUM & Loan book movement and ECL on a monthly basis.

- Provide detailed commentary on MoM movements on income & expenses.

- Drive the monthly forecasting exercise.

- Review of branch, cost centre & product profitability

- Implementation of all regulatory compliances

- Ensure effective internal financial controls (IFC) are in place

- Review of financial disclosures

- Closely liaise with business teams on commercial contracts and matters related to P&L

- Standardise and automate financial processes in line with the business requirements

- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts

- Ensure accuracy and timeline of financial and management reporting data

- Analyse costs across the organisation and provide relevant inputs

- Lead a team of financial professionals toward achievement of present goals.

Qualification & Experience

- Candidate should be a CA having 5 years of experience in an NBFC/Bank with relevant experience.

Skills Set

- Experience in MIS and spot management reporting

- Effectively and efficiently managing controls & accounts

- Good communication skills should be able to make presentations to senior management.

- Proficient in Excel (MS Office, email communication)

- Independent, meticulous and able to multi-task

- Strong analytical abilities.

- Team leading capabilities.

- Innovative approach, with an inclination towards system automation.
